Requirements

  • Rule number 1: To be Ukrainian and to be proud of it
  • Masters’ degree in business, economics, management, science, or related field
  • More education (PhD / MBA) or related professional experience may be preferred or required
  • 3+ years of professional experience in data analytics
  • Maturity in business analytics (trends, funnels), forecasting and setting targets
  • Ability to tackle ambiguity, take high-level requirements and independently get to the required level of granularity
  • Readiness to work both independently and as a team member, follow up, organise and prioritise tasks and skills deployment
  • Competence to synthesise complex issues/scenarios and put them into easy-to-understand concepts
  • Potential to work cross-functionally, building and maintaining trustworthy relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work accurately under time pressure and manage multiple commitments simultaneously
  • Close attention to detail with ability to see the big picture
  • High ambition coupled with ability to deliver and effectively lead teams
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Bilingual, Strong command of both English and Ukrainian languages

As a Digital Analytics Consultant, you will be based in Kyiv. You are expected to deep-dive and analyse some of the world’s biggest companies and work within a breadth of industries to create opportunities and bring value to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in hypotheses’ formulation, data interpretation and recommendations provision, within the project
  • Design, lead, implement and be accountable for internal business programs of varying sizes and complexity
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research and summarise key findings in a form of charts and presentations (customer, industry and financial analysis)
  • Conduct business case modelling/ development
  • Participate in building strategic roadmaps, designing new operating models, increasing agility and redesigning team structures and processes to unlock business potential of the customer
  • Communicate market trends and opportunities through data analysis
  • Provide implications, based on industry trends and drivers
  • Provide data-driven recommendations, based on competitors’ and customer analysis
  • Manage projects and workstreams (i.e. work plans, research, analysis, interviews, outputs accuracy, delivery lead times, etc.)
