Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, finance, management, or related fields;

At least 1 year of experience in market research, consulting, analytics, or related fields, or first work experience obtained during 1-2 internships;

Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;

English proficiency level C1, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing;

Strong critical thinking and research skills, along with excellent problem-solving abilities;

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;

Ability to work collaboratively in a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Participate in research projects as a team member;

Conduct in-depth desk research and thorough market analysis to gather data on market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor analysis;

Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to identify relevant insights;

Utilise Excel functions to analyse data, creating visualizations to present research findings in a clear and compelling manner;

Develop business presentations tailored to project requirements: Market Analysis, Industry Trend Report, Competitive Analysis, Company Profile, Thought Leadership materials, etc;

Participate in problem-solving sessions and suggest solutions;

Conduct quality assurance checks on research data, analysis, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and relevance;

Contribute to the company's business development initiatives.
