We are looking for a recruiter to join our HR team, who will report directly to the HR Director and be responsible for filling both typical and challenging vacancies — including market analysts, account managers, multilingual accountants, technical support specialists, and more.

Recruiting for highly specialized positions requiring German and/or English language skills (number of vacancies depends on the project)
High-quality, fast-paced recruitment for typical roles (1–2 per month)
Meeting deadlines
20% of your responsibilities will include HR manager tasks: onboarding and offboarding, adapting new colleagues (you’ll be the HR-buddy for newcomers), handling training requests across departments (L&D), participating in corporate culture and wellbeing projects, attending job fairs, and other HR events.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
At least 2–3 years of recruiting experience
Advanced (C1) level English
Excellent communication skills
Desire and ability to work in a team
Proactiveness and a results-oriented mindset
