Support users from Germany in working with the Cytric platform — an innovative tool for booking business trips and managing expenses.

Communicate with Travel Management, HR, Accounting, and Controlling teams and provide final solutions to applicants (users).

Handle inquiries via phone, email, or the portal.

Document cases in the Cherwell system according to ISMS policies and contribute to building the knowledge base.

Escalate complex issues to specialized teams or external providers.

Fluent German (C1 level) — both spoken and written.

Experience in user support / service desk.

Basic technical knowledge and attention to detail.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience with travel booking and expense management tools is a plus.
