Excellent communication skills in German and English (both required);

In-depth knowledge of compliance and sales processes;

Basic commercial or business management background;

Ability to quickly learn and apply internal processes and requirements;

Analytical mindset for processing and maintaining large data sets;

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is an advantage;

Data Management: maintain and update customer data in Salesforce; identify and resolve potential duplicates to ensure data quality; enrich company data to improve the overall information base;

Lead Management: route leads to the appropriate teams and employees in Germany; review supplier portals to identify new leads and enter them into Salesforce;

Reporting & Analysis: create reports and dashboards to analyse data quality; support implementation of data quality measures;

Data Integration: merge data from various systems for a consolidated database; support with system entries and data uploads in Salesforce;

Data Maintenance & Compliance: update records when changes occur to keep information current and relevant.
