Kyiv Consulting is seeking an IT Service Desk Specialist to join our team in Kyiv. You will provide first-level user support and customer service for company-supported computer applications and platforms. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues, advising on appropriate actions, and supporting users from our head office in Germany.
First-level support for hardware (notebooks, desktop computers, mobile devices, printers).
First-level support for standard software, in-house developments, and company-specific test software.
Comprehensive support in the area of MS Office products.
Entry, processing, maintenance, and documentation of all inquiries via telephone, email, or portal.
Administration and support for email encryption using Zertificon.
Configuration and operational support of mobile devices (iPhone/iPad) via the MDM system MobileIron.
Assistance with system administration in user management.
Management and support of a cloud solution based on ownCloud.
Escalation of unresolved issues to downstream support groups or service providers.
Maintenance of a knowledge base on incidents using the ISMS system "Cherwell".
Basic technical acumen.
C1 level proficiency in German (verbal and written).
Experience in customer support is a plus.
