Requirements

  • Rule number 1: To be Ukrainian and to be proud of it
  • Masters’ degree in business, economics, management, science, or related field
  • More education (PhD / MBA) or related professional experience may be preferred or required
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with data analytics with proven quantitative orientation to successfully analyse complex data from varying sources to extract meaningful insights that drive strategies and executive decision-making processes
  • Ability to grasp complex commercial issues quickly, conduct financial analysis and build financial models
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think laterally, utilising technology
  • Good commercial judgement and independence of mind
  • Excellent customer-facing communication skills and history of customer exposure (internal/ external)
  • Close attention to detail with ability to see the big picture
  • High ambition coupled with ability to deliver and effectively lead teams
  • Flexibility to work with diverse teams in different countries
  • Ability to work accurately under time pressure and manage multiple commitments simultaneously
  • Enthusiasm for participating in marketing and business development activities for the practice
  • Bilingual, Strong command of both English and Ukrainian languages

Responsibilities

  • Executing day-to-day project work on live transactions
  • Conducting financial modelling and statement analysis
  • Preparing presentations, marketing and pitch documents
  • Undertaking research (market analysis, target identification)
  • Managing project risk and quality, as well as admin tasks, such as billing
  • Cooperating with our account and engagement teams to create value by driving transformation efforts for the improvement of existing processes
  • Performing rapid finance process evaluation of current landscape for customers and providing insights to accelerate action (comparable valuations, DCF, investment appraisals (e.g. returns analysis))
  • Conducting finance processes assessment and deep-dive analysis, finding solutions
  • Implementing your core skills to lead the initiative that creates customer confidence
  • Bringing diverse and thought-provoking perspectives that merge relevant market trends, and new innovative ideas from your professional experience, with customers’ expectations to find solutions that add value to the customer
  • Conducting business development activities for the practice
